Please do not call for common care questions (it is all covered very well on the site). We are not at the phone full time, and often cannot answer as we are very busy with children and tortoises. If you leave a message and get no call back within a day or so, please shoot us an e-mail with your question. We check e-mail all day every day, but we are not usually available to answer the phone. Again, because it seems to not sink in, we do not usually answer the phone, can't keep up with voicemail, and the phone is a poor way to contact us. We have a lot of problems from customers that leave a voicemail that we don't get, or don't get in time. Send us an email. It's checked constantly. 

We do not have a physical address for customers to come over and "pick out" tortoises or supplies. We raise our tortoises in private locations for their own security and protection. Sorry for any inconvienences. We have a pickup location in North Las Vegas for pre-arranged orders (you can choose "local pickup" during checkout, and pick up the following business day).
